Ability Dignity Access Management (ADAM inc.) is an incorporated non-profit organisation providing support for people with disabilities around the Dandenong Ranges and Gippsland area in Victoria, Australia. We work directly with individuals with disabilities and their families and enable people with disabilities to achieve their goals by:
	● Focusing on peoples ABILITIES ● Treating people with DIGNITY ● Enabling people to ACCESS their community ● Assisting people to MANAGE their own affairs

All people with disabilities have the right to remain in and participate as members of mainstream society. The ADAM inc. committee consists of people with disabilities, lived experience of disability, friends and community members.
We provide advocacy and quality individual support, employ support staff and provide resources for a number of people in accordance with their individual plan,

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

ADAM inc. is a registered NDIS Provider. Participants in the NDIS who are managed by the NDIS or who are self managing may apply to use our services.
